Shipping policy

We’re so excited to get your order to you!!

We ship orders as quickly as possible and make every effort to get your items packed and on the way fast!
Orders placed before 10AM may ship the same business day, during high-volume launches, sales, or collection drops, please allow
1–4 business days for processing and packaging. (excluding weekends & holidays). 

 Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. processing time is separate from shipping time. 

Please Note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Processing time is separate from shipping time
  • Orders placed after business hours, or on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
  • Orders flagged for additional verification may experience delayed processing times.
  • Shipping carrier delays are outside of our control and shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped. You may experience delays during peak seasons also.

All orders ship via standard shipping unless otherwise selected at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard shipping: Calculated at checkout, Free shipping Is available on qualifying orders over $75.00

Estimated delivery times after shipment:
     Standard Shipping 3-5 business days
    Express Shipping 1-2 business days.

Local Pickup (Hixson, TN)

Free local pickup is available during select pickup windows. Pickup details and scheduling instructions will be sent after your order is placed. Please review our Local Pickup Policy for additional information.

International Shipping

International Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with international orders.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

if your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at our email:

So we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot guarantee replacements or refunds. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues,
McCormick & Palm Co. is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FEDEX, weatherman holidays or other carrier-related issues once your order has shipped.

Quick Policy:

  • Processing: 1–4 days

  • Returns: Store credit only within 14 days
  • Return shipping: Customer pays ($8.95 if using our label)
  • No returns on: sale items, discount items, swimwear
  • Damaged items: Report within 2 days

 

LOCAL PICK UP POLICY

Free local pickup is available in Hixson, TN during scheduled pickup windows.

Pickup is by appointment only during the following times:
• Mondays: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Thursdays: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

A public meetup location will be provided after your order is placed.

Please arrive within your scheduled time window. If you are unable to make your pickup time, you must contact us in advance to reschedule.

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of being marked ready.
If an order is not picked up within 7 days, a shipping invoice will be sent to the email on file.

If the shipping invoice is not paid within 48 hours, the order may be canceled and items restocked without further notice.

We are not responsible for missed pickups if customers do not respond to scheduling messages.

We do not offer delivery or alternate pickup times outside of scheduled windows
