Frequently asked questions

If something isn't quite right, we gladly accept eligible returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  •  Undamaged
  • Free of stains, odors, makeup, or pet hair
  • Tags must still be attached

Items received after 14 days will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Items purchased with discount codes
  • Accessories 
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear (FINAL SALE)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error with your order or the item arrived damaged.

We ship orders as quickly as possible and make every effort to get your items packed and on the way fast!
Orders placed before 10AM (Monday-Friday) may ship the same business day, during high-volume launches, sales, or collection drops, please allow 1–4 business days for processing and packaging. (excluding weekends & holidays). 

 Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. processing time is separate from shipping time. 

Please Note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Processing time is separate from shipping time
  • Orders placed after business hours, or on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
  • Orders flagged for additional verification may experience delayed processing times.
  • Shipping carrier delays are outside of our control and shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped. You may experience delays during peak seasons also.

All orders ship via standard shipping unless otherwise selected at checkout.

Yes! Free local pickup is available during select pickup windows. Pickup details and scheduling instructions will be sent after your order is placed. Please review our Local Pickup Policy for additional information.

As of right now we are only located online, but soon well be able to travel and let you know where we will be!

Gift cards, accessories, cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, swimwear, socks, and clearance items are final sale.
