Refund policy

We hope you love your pieces from McCormick & Palm Co. 

If something isn't quite right, we gladly accept eligible returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  •  Undamaged
  • Free of stains, odors, makeup, or pet hair
  • Tags must still be attached

Items received after 14 days will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Items purchased with discount codes
  • Accessories 
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear (FINAL SALE)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error with your order or the item arrived damaged.

Damaged Items

Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and approved, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Store Credit will be sent to the email associated with your order. 

 

Processing Time

Returns are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive them.

Store credit will be sent via email once approved.

McCormick & Palm Co. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return and refund policy requirements.
